The National Association of Passport & Visa Services (NAPVS) represents an industry dedicated to assisting American citizens travel abroad. Our member passport and visa services (PVS) companies aid travelers who do not have convenient access to Embassies or U.S. Passport facilities or need assistance in expediting (2 weeks or less) their visa or passport applications. 

Current NAPVS members are listed below. Many of the members have physical offices in major cities around the country, but all of them have web sites and telephone numbers to assist customers regardless of where they reside. The members listed below provide links to their websites. The listing is based on a regularly scheduled rotation and thus the order has no bearing on the ability of the firm to assist individual consumer or business need.

We encourage you to visit several sites to help you determine the right service for your passport and visa needs. It is important that you take time to review the fees and terms and conditions of these companies before selecting the company to secure your passport or visa.

Please Note: Passport services companies are limited in the number of daily applications they can submit on behalf of their customers to the U.S. Passport Agency. These limitations are placed on individual companies by the passport agency. Requests by the industry to increase these limits have been denied by the agency.

Because of the increasing citizen demand for passports, many passport services companies now have their daily allotment booked for days if not a week or two in advance. Please give yourself enough lead time in your travel plans to be able to use the services of our member companies, and don't be discouraged if the first few firms you contact are unable to meet your travel requirements. Any of our member firms are able to help citizens from any part of the country as long as over night delivery service is available.

 

Passport and visa service companies provide several important benefits.

    Timely Service: Our main purpose is to ensure you receive your passport and visa in time for your travel abroad. We promptly answer customer phone calls and e-mails. This direct line of communication, between the company and the customer, helps dispel any air of anxiety and uncertainty that often surrounds obtaining the correct paperwork for foreign travel. Our members help you avoid having to deal with overworked staff at the passport agency offices and Embassies.

   Accurate Information: Our companies provide up-to-date consular and passport information in a field in which requirements change frequently.  We help you avoid the hours that can be spent on searching the Internet or making long-distance phone calls to receive the most recent application forms and visa/passport instructions.  Our members are able to disseminate this information quickly and painlessly via telephone, e-mail, fax, or Internet web sites. 

    Problem Solving: Our Members review the documents received from the traveler, ensuring that they are in order, prior to submitting them. They personally take the customer’s application forms and supporting documents directly to the U.S. Passport Office or the foreign embassies.  If any problems arise with the application process we are able to speak directly with the Embassy or Passport Agency staff members to determine how to fix the problem.

    Customer Control: You, the customer, tell us what you need and when you need it, and then we go to work making that possible. PVS companies, with offices in major cities across the United States including Washington D.C., can often help customers get a passport or visa issued in 24 hours if necessary.

Our members are well-established companies that have many years of experience working with Embassies and the U.S. Passport Agency and its regional offices.  Entrusting one’s passport and travel documents to a third party can be a sensitive issue, but NAPVS members are committed to keeping them safe and delivering them to you on time.
